Michelle McElfish
Victim Advocate & Prevention Education Specialist
Michelle has been with REACH since 2016 and has a strong professional background in prevention education and victim advocacy. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Marshall University, having graduated with honors in 2008. In addition to having over 15 years of experience in crisis intervention and working with victims of trauma and high-risk populations, she consistently engages in on-going education and professional training programs. In her role as a Prevention Education Specialist, Michelle develops and implements programs to prevent sexual violence and stalking, providing training and workshops to educate on topics such as bystander intervention, human trafficking, and child sexual abuse.
